Aaron and I got to spend an afternoon in Amsterdam last week. We wandered around the town, did some shopping, and watched soccer in the Irish pub that Ben used to work at. It was a perfect afternoon. Amsterdam was her usual beautiful self at this time of year. The outdoor terrasses were inviting for a drink and a chat. Interesting people were everywhere. There is just something special about this city.
