
It has been a challenging couple of weeks. This morning all my anxiety and frustration seemed to boil over and spew out. Harsh words to the kids, silence toward Aaron, constant complaining as I look at the list of daily tasks.
This is why the counting of gifts is not just some heart warming exercise. It is building the discipline of seeing God in every moment of life. It is the battle for seeing grace not only on the sunny days when we spend the days outside among the daffodils but also on the gray and rainy days seemingly devoid of color or life.
