You may know that we have been thinking about putting our house on the market and possibly relocating for almost a year now. We have been taking things slowly and trying to process a number of factors into our decision making process. With Aaron finally completely done with his certification classes we feel like we are now finally at the place where we can move abit more agressively. Our first step was to find out how much money we would be qualified to borrow should we decide to buy a new house. We got the answer to that question last night and so the first piece of the decision making puzzle is in place. There are so many factors to consider emotionally, socially, and financially. And of course with all this crazy stuff going on with the economy we are trying to make responsible decisions as well. (Note: It seems that teachers at Aaron's school are starting to find out that their contracts are not being renewed. So even teachers jobs are not safe in these economic times. Seems ironic to me - we will spend billions and billions of dollars on bailing out Wall Street, banks, the car companies, and this new stimulus package that is full of crazy stuff but for some reason we can't afford to keep our schools running?! Makes me want to say bad words, but I digress.)Aaron and I have a lot of praying and thinking to do. Please keep us in your prayers as we consider our next steps as a family. Pray that Aaron and I would communicate well and that we will listen to God's guidance.
And if you know anyone that wants a cute little 3 bed, 1 bath in a quaint southern town send them our way! :-)
