Easter

We had a fun Easter Sunday. It started off cold (30 degrees this morning) so instead of his cute little Easter outfit we had to put Jeremiah in warmer clothes. But he insisted on wearing his cowboy boots and hat, which were perfect gear for our afternoons activities. It is our church's tradition to go to Mrs. Linda's house after church, eat a huge lunch, and then hunt for confetti filled eggs (cascarones) that you then smash on people's heads. It's quite fun. A tex-mex tradition that our pastor brought up from his home on the Texas/Mexico border. Mrs. Linda fills about 80 dozen eggs with confetti so there is always plenty to go around. Jeremiah loved being at Mrs. Linda's house and spent the afternoon exploring the property.
We got home late this afternoon, took a long nap, and Jeremiah and Aaron are now watching Veggie Tales together.
