Chasing Penny on Popper Part I

Jeremiah is now big enough to propel his popper on his own. And boy does he love it! His favorite thing to do on it is to chase Penny Lane, who runs in terror, which in turn sends Jeremiah into spasms of laughter. I tried to get it on the video and didn't quite get the height of the laughter, but you get the idea and it is still fun to watch him drive this thing around. There will be more later!
